CombiCult™ 10,000-plex Screen
Plasticell utilises a highly optimised modular workflow to execute CombiCult™ screens for its customers. This includes cell culture modules with ready-to-use aliquots of microcarriers and fluorescent tags, and custom labware which facilitates bead handling steps and eliminates errors in bead manipulation and media changes.
The workflow has also been optimised for use with automated bead sorters and fluorescent tag readers. .
For larger scale industry alliances, part of the CombiCult™ workflow can be performed at the partner’s laboratories using a kit, which includes matched reagents and labware as required (see picture).
Ariadne™ Bioinformatics
Ariadne™ is a proprietary bioinformatics tool that allows customers to document and analyse their CombiCult™ experiment with minimal effort. The software imports raw data from each stage of the experimental workflow, analyses the experimental results using a variety of algorithms and presents the dataset in a highly visual and intuitive user interface. Ariadne™ also generates a comprehensive PDF report detailing every aspect of the experiment, to support publications and other submissions.
